Dental Veneers

dental veneers

Veneers are very thin porcelain tooth shaped shells that are custom-made according to your unique specifications and needs.

These ultra-thin shells are attached to the front surfaces of your teeth to improve their appearance, so that you can once again enjoy attractive smiles without having to worry about the appearance of damaged, unevenly-spaced, irregularly-shaped, or discoloured teeth.

We offer both porcelain and composite veneers for smile makeovers.

Porcelain veneers are made by a dental technician and involve a 2-stage procedure. Composite veneers are crafted by the dentist using white composite filling material, and will take one visit to complete.

Go for Veneers for your smile makeover, and enjoy healthier-looking smiles!

What Conditions are Improved by Veneers?

  • Gaps between Teeth – Spaces and gaps between the teeth can make a smile look unhealthy or incomplete. These spaces can be the result of crooked teeth, or with the loss of natural teeth. The thin veneer layers work by closing the spaces and making the smile look attractive once more.
  • Crooked Teeth (Instant orthodontics)– Teeth that are not in their proper alignment look unattractive. Even if the teeth are at their whitest, crookedness negatively impacts the entire smile. Dental veneers improve the smile by correcting the appearance of teeth that are improperly aligned, so that the teeth look straighter and more beautiful. The veneers offer a teeth straightening option without the need to use orthodontics or dental braces.
  • Severe Teeth Stains – Teeth stains and discolourations greatly affect the smile, and these imperfections take away the natural health and attractiveness of your smile. Teeth whitening treatments can be used to remove the stains on the surface of teeth; unfortunately, there are deep-seated discolourations that whitening treatments may not be able to effectively remove. Veneers can be used to improve the appearance of severely stained or discoloured teeth. The thin customised shells successfully cover the stained tooth so that the imperfection will not be seen anymore – and the smile becomes healthier-looking.
  • Chipped or Broken Teeth – Teeth that are chipped or broken affect not only the aesthetics, but the function of the teeth as well. A broken or chipped tooth can be remedied by veneers, which will work by completely covering the damaged tooth; the dental veneer will also help in protecting the tooth from further damage that may be caused by the exposed and chipped/broken portion.

Instant Tooth Straightening using Dental Veneers

We create a diagnostic wax up from the technician of how we want the teeth to look. If the patient is happy with the appearance we will proceed to prepare the teeth and make temporary crowns/veneers to the setup established beforehand. The veneers are then manufactured to the same appearance using porcelain.
